The cost of the shipment varies based on the products in the cart and from country to country.
There are two weight ranges :
From 0 to 1 kg
From 1 kg to 2 kg
From 2 kg to 3 kg
The intermediate weight will be calculated for excess (eg 1.5 kg will be automatically considered 2 kg).
If the weight of your total order is more than 3Kg, the website will block it and you have to place the order by email sending the list of chosen products to email@example.com.
We will reply to your email with the final quotation for the ordered products, shipping expenses and all details for the payment.
You will receive your order only after the payment.
When you register, you can see if your country is part of those that we are shipping to, just by looking through the drop down menu to choose the nation.
How long is the estimated time of delivery?
Keep in mind the time needed to manage the order and time of delivery.
The date of shipment indicated may still be subject to change in better or worse due to organizational and logistical issues.
Once you have confirmed your order and selected the payment method and delivery preferences,
Italiansugarart, will process your order and deliver the material to the carrier for the final shipment to your home.
Process of your shipment
At any moment, you can check the status of your orders on www.italiansugarart.it, state of orders.
The day of shipment of the goods, the customer will be notified via email with the tracking number which will be used to track the shipping, through the website SDA.it
A few tips for when you will receive your goods:
• Check that the number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
• Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip.
• If possible, unpack the product immediately and make sure there is no damage
• The company ships with envelopes and packages labelled with our own brand.
In case of tampering and / or breakage, you have to immediately claim the shipment by writing the words "Reservation for control of the GOODS FOR ....." (indicate motivation) on the delivery document received by our courier.
After this, please send us immediately an E-mail with the notification of the issue, sent to : firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Damaged goods" explaining the problem.
You must send the message immediately after the reception of your goods.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or shipper’s fees you will incur or for delays because of customs.
We list items and we cannot change the value of the product shipped. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or not. If you do, we are not responsible and you will not be reimbursed. You must read the policies before ordering, you will not be refunded or reimbursed.
We cannot track packages shipped internationally once it leave Italy, we are not responsible for packages shipped to international addresses.
Once the parcel reaches the custom of your country, the parcel is under your responsibility and we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you check that the name that you have addressed your shipment to is clearly labelled on the door/domicile to which the packages has to be delivered; otherwise, you will have to tell us the name that appears instead on your front door/building.
In case of your absence, the courier will leave a notice. Within a week, if you do not go to pick the package, it will return to our headquarters, the eventual resending of the package will be charged to you on your request and after we receive the payment, and will under your responsibility.
The price of shipping appears for products placed in the cart up to 3 kg if it does not appear to mean that you have passed write an email to email@example.com and we will add the missing kg
